Do It Yourself Offerings
All Clear & FriendlyTM DIY Business Law books and products are refundable within 14 days of purchase if they do not deliver a Clear & FriendlyTM business law education and solution for your business. Any purchases processed through Amazon, Kindle or Apple’s iBooks must be returned through those retailers’ platforms and according to their refund policies. For any purchases processed directly by Counsel to Creativity LLC, please contact us here and request a refund.
Consultation
All legal advice and services offered through Counsel to Creativity LLC and www.counseltocreativity.com, including but not limited to half- and full-hour 1-on-1 and the Deep Dive, are provided by Prien Creative Law Group LLC.
Fees and Payment. Payment is due at the time your appointment is scheduled and before services are provided. Fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule a 1-on-1, please email info@counseltocreativity.com by noon the day before the scheduled 1-on-1. If you need to reschedule a Deep Dive, please email info@counseltocreativity.com by noon 2 days before the scheduled Deep Dive. You may carry a credit and reschedule within 90 days, after which time, fees will be deemed earned. If you reschedule with less notice that required here, you will forfeit your payment.
Effective Date. This Payment and Cancellation Policy is effective on June 20, 2012 and may be revised or updated at any time with or without notice to you.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By submitting payment for any product or service through www.counseltocreativity.com you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Payment and Cancellation Policy.
